Verizon Internet hacked through youtube

Question

Anyone else just had this happen? I was watching Fox 5 when out of no where YouTube pops up on the TV screen and all remotes are on the table not touched. It states YouTube sign out then ar the top says iPhone logging in IMEI..and 2 girls showing dance moves.....what the heck just happened? I just rebooted FIOS to get my TV back to my channel.
