Verizon OK button doesn’t work with DVR. This followed the installation of a new ONT box and an upgrade to a gig mbps with internet. The OK button works fine with two other boxes. The remotes from two other boxes OK buttons didn’t work with the DVR either. A call to a tech online resulted in another DVR box being sent but the problem still existed with that box as well. I have uncoupled the cable to the main DVR with the problem and have also uncoupled the cable from the new ONT box with no improvement.
I’d welcome any ideas/help anyone has that may have experienced a similar issue.

Have you tried unpairing and re-pairing the remote for the VMS box?

I did. It wasn’t successful in solving the issues. Thank you for your suggestion.

Which boxes do you have, the 4100 Fios One or the Fios+ boxes?
If you have the Fios One, try this to reset the VMS to factory settings. Remember you'll loose any recordings or settings you made:
Unplug the box from power. Unpair the FiOS one remote from the box by pressing the play/pause button and the zero button until the LED on the remote blinks blue. Let it keep blinking until it blinks red. Then plug back in the box and keep pressing the menu button on the remote while pointing it at the cable box. Eventually the right hand LED on the box will light up green. Once it does press the zero key on the remote, then press the okay button. After a few seconds the box will reboot and factory reset itself.
