Verizon vs Condo Association

So I got a letter that Verizon is cutting off our service in the community because they can’t come to an agreement with the condo association and our materials are out of date. I have been a customer for over 14 years and if it’s one thing I learned loyalty means nothing to big business. What’s worse is I can’t find another provider because no one has updated the materials so nothing is available. It’s awful being stuck between a selfish condo association and a billion dollar business. If anyone else’s has dealt with this, any tips would be great!

Sounds to me like you have a fight with the condo association in your future. If they refuse to update any of the infrastructure, and NO cable provider will work with what is there they are unfairly impeding your access to information. Go to the next association meeting and present your case. The only other solution is to hope you are within range of a providers 5G wireless service.
