My title is my question. I would like to find alternatives to the plan I now have that are cheaper. I am NOT talking about mobile phone plans. I am not talking about internet service. I AM asking about Fios Content: The bundles of TV channels and what they cost.
I was told that customer care can take care of this. Does Verizon even have a Customer Care department?
