Where did the 30 second skip forward go?

Press this button after each NFL play, it will skip to the next play!

I was recently FORCED off this working remote & fios DVR box, due to Verizon retiring it. This part I can understand, and they offered a "free" upgrade to the new FIOS TV+ (perhaps call it TV minus if you are going to remove useful features) google boxes (DVR &TV versus all-in-one box) that raised my price by $70/month. What I cannot understand is why did they get rid of the NFL button?! It was so useful to press it right after each play, and the QB would be hiking the ball as soon as you let the button go.

I'm not sure if this will work, but you could ask for one of the older remotes, then add this to the Fios box to use the remote:

Thanks I will look into this for both friends & family members.

Is there a way to change the 40% low battery warning on the new high-drain remote? I have never even seen a mobile phone default to warnings w/this much remaining strength, why would my previously low-drain remote device repeatedly warn me at such high a percentage?

I'm not sure why it is that way, but I'll try to see what I can find on changing the threshold.

Checked with upper level support and there is no way to change that, sorry.
