Why won't the FIos mobile app recognize my Fios home network/router?

Why won't the FIos mobile app recognize my Fios home network/router? I'm connected to my home wifi network but the Fios mobile app on  my iphone thinks I'm away from home. Can't watch recordings. Everything was rebooted, the phone is up to date and showing connected to wifi.

Try deleting the app, cache and user data on the phone and re-download and re-installl the app.
