Wifi connected on Sony Bravia Smart TV but internet connection stopped working suddenly

Have Sony Bravia smart TV and have been streaming via WiFi Pluto TV for several weeks now with no issues. Last night while watching Pluto TV, the FIOS set top box rebooted itself and my TV did the same (all by themselves without any input from me). When I tried to go back to watching Pluto TV, I got a message stating that WiFi was connected but no internet. I tried other streaming services but got the same message. When I looked at my settings connections, it also stated that my FIOS WiFi was connected but I had no internet. Note: I am still getting an internet connection on my laptop as well as my other SmartTV, which is still streaming Pluto TV and other apps with no issues. The problem seems to be only with this particular TV and set top box.
I unplugged the TV and set top box as well as the FIOS router, waited several minutes, and then plugged all back in but still have same message - WiFi connected but no internet.
Does anyone have any clues as to what the issue is? I'm baffled since this TV is the only one not connecting to the internet. I have no issues on this TV getting FIOS channels as well as broadcasted free channels. My only issue is connecting to the internet for streaming apps.

Go into the Android settings in the Bravia menu and clear the cache, then power-cycle the TV.
