Wireless mini freezing

Ok let’s start,

I have the top  internet plan,

main router is on the main floor with no problems,

office up stairs with a Wi-Fi extender also no problems,

lower level Wi-Fi mini cable box, picture freezes, ddr and on demand also freezes, not watchable,  apps on my Samsung tv plays without problems I had spent hours upon hours with tech support and no solution,  Fios seems to think it’s the tv and Samsung seems to think it’s the Fios.

we switched to another mini that I picked up a Verizon yesterday and still the same problem,  I’m wondering if I got a extender will that help the problem?

any ideas

ran a Ethernet cable fro the main router to the mini box and everything was good for about 4 days,  last night it started freezing again,  I don’t get it it’s wired and freezing makes me think it’s the tv?

First check here and make sure the mini is actually using the cable for its connection:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Connected Device Status

If it is using the ethernet cable, I'd unplug power to it for 3 minutes, unplug poser to the router for 3 minutes, plug in the router and let it stabilize, then plug in the mini and see if it helps.

If it isn't using the cable, the reboot will fix that. You shouldn't see any problems unless the HDMI cable is bad between the mini and the TV. It should be a High-Speed Certified cable.

Best way is to use a cable to the mini. If you have coax that's great. If you have ethernet, that is great too. To do wireless you should get a wireable extender, use WiFi to connect the extender and ethernet to connect it to the mini.
