All of a sudden my TV started displaying a message " Not Supported" . We have tried changing the HDMI cable, Unplugged the router, the TV and the Verizon Fios box. Occassionally the TV will come on for various amounts of time- an hour, a day, sometimes even 2 days. But than it will start acting up and the screen will black out - and off and on show the Not Supported message. Is there anything I can do to fix this or do I need to get Verizon involved? Thanks in advance

With the box off,but the TV on unplug the HDMI cable. After a couple of minutes plug the box back in. Waith for it to come back online then plug the HDMI cable back into the TV first, then the Fios box. That should reset the HDMI connection between the Fios box and the TV. If it still goes bad, you may have a Fios box that is on its way out.
