A few days ago I posted under the topic "STB and standby mode" about problems I was having with my STB shutting itself off randomly. Yesterday I went back to the thread and wanted to post an update, since I had called Verizon for help. But, when I tried to reply, it said at the bottom of the thread "Sorry either you cannot reply to this topic or you have not verified your." It ended abruptly, so I have no idea what I have not verified, but I was able to post to this topic earlier this week. I cleared cookies before logging in today, but that did not help.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to be able to post to the topic again?
BTW, the Verizon technician uploaded software and mentioned a glitch, so hopefully my problems with the STB are over.

I'm not familiar with the original topic, but, if a topic is marked "solved", no additional comments can be left.
In that situation, a new topic can be opened with the URL to the old topic included in the comments.
