Hi,
When accessing the DVR in the Fios TV app on my Apple TV 4K I am getting the "VMS is not available" message. See attached screenshot. Oddly I am able to watch live TV with no issues.
I also am able to access DVR recordings with no problem on my Fios TV STB, Amazon Fire TV stick as well as on the web or iOS apps. So there does not appear to be anything wrong with my VMS connection in general. It's just acting up in this way with my Apple TV 4K device.
Any help or info is appreciated.
