Trying to log in to my Verizon, keeps saying my zip code is wrong

I try to log in to my Verizon app to access payment/billing details, I put in my correct zip code and it just doesn't work. It always says it's wrong, can I reset it somehow? I need to access my payment details and I don't know what to do. It's really starting to annoy me here cause I have tried to log into my Verizon since I got this phone from Walmart over 3/4 months ago.
