DanJoCol, glad to see you want to make use of the Apple Acarde. Sorry you're having some trouble with getting it set up. To get a few more details, were you previous using Apple Acrade at all? Is the line you're trying to set this up on, the same one which signed up for the perk/service?

Same thing for me. Only have 1 iphone on my account, it shows that it is . Spent a couple hours on the phone with VZ and Apple last week. Got a ticket opened on Friday and was told I would hear back within 48-72 hours, but here I am 5 days later with no response and no resolution. Account says it is active on the line, but every time we try to activate it on the phone, get the same error message that we need to contact VZ.

Since Verizon cant seem to get their act together (support is clueless and engineers cant even send a working link), here is the solution
Open Settings App on your device
Click on your initials or picture at the top
Click Subscriptions
Scroll down to 'Verizon Plan Benefits'
Select Arcade and follow instructions.

I am having the same problem and have had Apple Arcade with this exact line before
Same issues. Verizon store set it up. Yes on this line. Said we may need to wait a day then use the settings/subscription method. Went on vacation for a week trying that method every day. Still says setup needed and will be ready in 15 minutes. Clicked the link about 20 times now. Just says “cannot verify this number, contact support” without support responding. Nothing in this thread works.
