Verizon supposedly shipped out my free promotional Nintendo Switch, but I have yet to receive it. I have been back and forth with the retail store that UPS shipped it to, UPS, and of course good old Verizon. When I spoke to the retail store, they say to contact UPS. When I contact UPS, they say that Verizon (the shipper) needs to file a claim with UPS. Today I was on the phone for an hour with 3 separate representatives from Verizon who were not helpful in any single way. The third person I spoke to gave me a run around and told me I need to contact UPS. I am incredibly frustrated and at this point, so should I file a police report? This is ridiculous. I switched from Comcast to Verizon and now I'm questioning why I chose to make the switch.

We don't want you to have any problems getting your Nintendo Switch. We're sending you a Private Message so we can figure out what the issue is with that shipment.

I still have yet to receive my Nintendo switch. Iโm going to cancel my Verizon account at this point. This is unacceptable.

We don't want you to miss out on this great deal. Could you tell us when did you submit your request for the Switch? When did you make your qualifying purchase?
