Never received Nintendo Seitch

I have been trying to get my free Nintendo Switch since August. It was delivered to a retail store for pick up, and I attempted multiple times to try to get it. I was told that it wasn’t there and that someone mailed it back out and UPS would deliver it to me. As of November 12th, the tracking shows that it was sent back to the sender to Alburtis, PA. Can someone please help me…everyone at Verizon seems to be incompetent and I just want my free Switch. After this is resolved, I will be going back to Comcast. Here is the tracking info:

We want to ensure that you receive any eligible offer for you account, rthamm12. You shared that this order was shipped out to a Verizon store location. Was this order placed and shipped to the store by the store location or was this the shipping address that you selected to have the order mailed to? Any additional details that you can share will be very helpful.
