Xbox promo issue

I was guaranteed the Xbox after the 14 day period. I received the email but no tiles in the my Verizon app. I put in a ticket and it was supposed to be fixed before the weekend and it wasn’t. The tiles appeared then disappeared. I called and someone said they put in a promo code with the promotion center and I look at my orders and they never went through. It wants me to pay full retail for everything even tho I done my half

I know how eager I was to get my Xbox last year when switching to Verizon Home Internet, j_grant415. I am here to help. What service was purchased to qualify for the offer, 5G Home or Fios?

I had a similar issue. I had 2 representatives deny me my Xbox and about 6 representatives told me over this past month that I will be getting my console. Didn’t see the option to redeem. Around the 9th call in a representative had to make the situation right and send me my Xbox series s due to misinformation that was provided to me during the sale of a promotion. Good luck
