Have had my Pixel XL 2 since May of 2018, and every time there is an update, and the phone restarts, my serivce goes from 4G LTE to no service. Through all of this, I have done multiple soft resets, a factory reset, a new sim card, received a new phone, and done all the troubleshooting. I have no idea what else to do. Verizon won't let me change phones without paying of this piece of garbage.
We would be more than happy to review every option we can here. What type of replacement did you receive? Was this through warranty (free to you) or through insurance (deductible)? MichelleH_VZW
