bought a google pixel BOGO phone last june 2018 it's almost a year, it's suppose
to be free of charge but still until now the're charging my BOGO phone, many times i tried to resolved this issue thru their online support but all i get is they will fixed it,
i even go to the store and promised a week but nothing happened. i am tired of their
of talking to the i need help

You still get charged then you get a credit. maybe you didn't meet the terms.

As long as this fell under a promo period and the line is new, you qualify.
From personal experience, chat support never help and actually lied to me multiple times. Stores only care about commission.
