So been back and forth with VZ chat support with no luck.
I am trying to just download my text messages to backup but keep getting an error message "Cannot save to this folder, please choose a different folder"
I need to format my phone and last time I trusted the cloud backup I lost a lot of data and have many text messages I need to save going back awhile.
Any help is appreciated.
