Since updating my Pixel 7 to Android 14 a couple weeks ago, I have completely lost all cell service. No calls, no text. Phone has a "No SIM - No Service" message in the corner. The SIM works in my previously, heavily damaged phone; and new sims do not function in my current phone (spent a couple hours at a Verizon store trying various fixes - 2 new SIMs and a couple eSIMs, to no avail). I've even tried manually reinstalling the Android 14 update to see if something went wrong with the initial install to no effect. I cannot factory reset, unfortunately, as I need the phone for authenticators and work, and risking messing those up is more hassle than not having cell service, at the moment.
I can't even sign into the website because it requires a text verification, which I obviously cannot get.
