When new, my $1000 Pixel 3XL had great signal, now after 2 years I can't even make a call from my home. Very unhappy with Tech support since they were no help. Recently bought a $39 Tracfone that has 5 bars anywhere I go. Could save me $100 a month with Tracfone.

Frankly it has become a moot subject with me. I drove by a tower today and had no service. My wife has dropped your service and I will be next. Verizon has gotten too big to care.
