I ordered the Pixel XL 128 GB on 11/25. Yesterday, I received an email from Verizon that said the earliest ship date is now March 10! Are you kidding me!! This means from the date I ordered until the earliest date I will receive the phone will be almost 4 months. Why is their silence from Verizon and Google? How could Google's supply chain management be so incompetent to allow customers to order the phone when the wait is 4 months! I can't believe I am saying this, but I am close to cancelling the order and buying an iPhone 7.
Verizon, what say you? Why can't you communicate with your customers and let us know what the problem is and what you (and Google) are doing to fix it?

To my point, if new orders are 3/3/17 then folks who ordered 5 weeks ago, back in November should be receiving their phones, providing that Google is making them available. I really find it hard to believe that Verizon is to blame. I put all of the supply issues on Google's back.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat, ordered on 11/25/16 and after 1.5 months of waiting was told 4 days after the ship date that it would be 03/10/17.. I went ahead and sent an email to Ken Dixon and Ronan Dunne, VZW execs, via the leadership page ( Leadership | About Verizon )... can send only 1 email at a time 24 hours apart. I also sent a twitter to Ronan Dunne (@RonanDunneVZW) including mention to Google, but heard nothing back from Verizon except from their support team which didn't really help.

My oder was placed 12/1/2016. Estimatwd ship date was 1/13/2017. My order has been in processing for a while now. When i contacted Verizon support on 1/12/2017. I was told the same thing. Maybe ship today or tomorrow. I should get email soon. Took the $20 credit and then noticed when I checked status today that "We are working hard to complete your order. Unfortunately, it will not be shipped as originally scheduled. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships, which will include a new delivery date." No email or notification. Wondering how long my fellow sheep will continue to hold out. 6 weeks is one thing but if match dat e they can keep the phone. Maybe if I just wait another year I can get a waterproof model. May have to wait 2 years for that.
Frustration all centers around lack of communication from both Google and Verizon. A truthful estimation of delvery should be expected by all. The fact that no one knows anything and they keep spouting untruths and scripted no answer responses.
Sorry so long just frustrated.

Pixel XL VS 128 GB ordered on Black Friday. Shipping date 1-6. Date changed to 3-3. Yesterday received an email. Date changed to 1-31. Today I received a new email Date is Now 1-24. Many I will get it soon

Ordered Pixel XL 128 GB on 11/25.
Initial delivery date of 1/6.
On 1/6, got email from Verizon that shipment now 3/10.
On 1/18, received email from Verizon with tracking number! The phone has shipped!
Logged into My UPS and am now tracking my phone. Should receive it by this weekend!

What color did you order? My date is 1-24 after several changes. I thimk people who ordered 128GB QB are receiving them sooner. I do not think they are going in order

my phone was ordered by an individual in Executive Office of Verizon Wireless on 12/13. I was told ship date would be tomorrow, 1/20. Let's hope that this is/was in fact true.

No one at verizon has any idea what is going on. Jan 17th receive email stating ship date of Pixel XL would be Jan 31st On Jan 18th received another email new ship date of Jan 24th NO TRACKING NUMBER YET!!!. Today my card was charged . Talked to a CSR he said the date was Jan 31st. He did not know when I would receive a tracking number. He did credit my account for the upgrade fee. If I do not receive a tracking number I will call back and ask for a supervisor.I didn't think the card would be charged 10 days before it is shipped.

Bonnie, I received the exact same emails as you as well as one on the 19th with a shipping date of the 23rd and not a single CS rep could even see that the emails had been sent to me. I had to forward them to the rep and a supervisor to prove I got them. My card was charged tonight also so I'm guessing that the 23rd is most likely accurate or maybe it will even ship out tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed and keep checking.

Proof? How do you know this for sure? Verizon didn't even know they sent me emails with new shipping dates until I forwarded them to the reps so if that's what a rep told you I wouldn't hold my breath.

Standard practice for Verizon and other businesses. For example I recently purchased a new phone from Verizon Wireless over the Black Friday deals. Ordered on Thursday and I had a tracking number on Friday. The package itself didn't actually have its first departure scan until Monday. A friend didn't get their tracking number until Monday or Tuesday even though they ordered the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. So for your order it might be even Tuesday before it ships if you don't get your tracking number early on Monday.

So why charge your card before its shipped? My latest email says Jan 24. The CSR rep says Jan 31 Who is right???

The cs reps all tools me the 31st also but they also didn't have a record of me getting emails showing the 24th and the 23rd as new shipping dates. That's what I ended up forwarding to one cs rep and a supervisor. All while the automated system was telling me Feb 17. I told the supervisor of I did my job as bad as he does his I wouldn't have it for long.

The credit card isn't charged until the item is available to ship. If they don't already have it packaged during the process, that would be next in the order steps to complete.

My card was charged. CSR said Jan 31 My latest email said Jan 24 ( the rep could not see this) which means it is not packaged. so why charge my card when I do not know when I am receiving it

Did you receive a tracking number? I thought your card was not charged until you were notified the phone had shipped. Time to talk to a supervisor.

No tracking number yet but from what I've seen on here and reddit, your card getting charged first is standard. We should have tracking info soon I would think. And I ordered both Black and Silver xl 128s.

Well, not sure how it happened whether it was going timing or my non-stop tweets, emails, chats and such with Verizon but I received my device today (Pixel XL, 128GB, Black). Ordered on 11/25/2016, original ship was 1/6/2017, then 3/10/17. Received info on 1/18/17 that it was shipped and it arrived on 1/20/17. So there may be hope.

Ordered the Pixel XL, 128GB, very silver. received the email on Jan 18th ship date of 1-24 no tracking number . CSR could not see this email. I should call and forward it to someone. I thought your card was not charged until you receive a tracking number. i think the very silver ones are more in demand.I think whoever ordered black are getting them sooner.
