HELP!

Hi, I'm having trouble connecting my replacement phone... The only thing that will work on it is the internet but regular texting and calling will not work. I looked in the settings and there isn't a phone number listed with my phone. So I logged into my Verizon app and it doesn't show a phone link with my account...any ideas? & I can't call Verizon cause this is the only phone in the house 😐

Taytay00, we certainly want your phone to be working as it should be. It sounds like your new phone as not fully activated on your line. This is a great link that walks you through how to activate your device:
