Neither the Home botton or the Change screen button work. Also, can't send or receive any email from any account, including Gmail. Google couldn't help. Verizon store couldn't help.
Candlerman, we understand the importance of ensuring you have a properly working phone. When did you start experiencing difficulties with the home and change screen button? Was there any recent changes to the phone when issues began? What exactly happens when you try to send an email?
