I was double-charged for a single bill and I have been on hold for 2 hours in the live chat. I'm switching to AT&T. Worst Customer service ever.

Was this bill the first bill? Or did you change your billing cycle date recently?
No I had it set at due date for the bill and I now have two charges for 129. on 01/17/2020
Is this a first bill?Was the bill deducted from your bank twice? Not 'pending'?Have you read the online bill?
Does the amount billed differ much from the expected bill amount?
