I have a Pixel 5a. It was dropped and I have a blinking screen of green so I cannot do anything with the touch screen or read it. I ordered a Pixel 6 Pro and picked it up today. I am still not getting any texts or calls on the 6 Pro. I cannot factory reset the 5a because I cannot do anything on the old phone touch screen. I pulled the SIM card out of the 5a and still nothing. How do I fix this so I can get calls and texts on my new phone.
