I have terrible connectivity issues, both with Visible and now Verizon and my Pixel 6 Pro. My home is in a remote location without cell coverage, and wifi calling often fails to automatically start. When commuting into town and cell coverage, my phone seldom connects back to the network, genereally requiring manually toggling airplane mode on and then off to get a cellular connection. Even after being connected, the phone often loses connectivity.
Most voice calls while connected have significant dropped portions of incoming or outgoing audio, making voice calls nearly unusable.
My plan is to switch to mint or google fi for more reliable connectivity.
