Pixel 6 Pro no incoming text

Pixel 6 Pro issue not getting text messages. I can send but cannot receive. Had this issue a month ago and support fixed now issue has started again today.

What were the troubleshooting steps? Having that issue now with a Pixel 6 but texts show received when logging online to view.
