Is it possible to record a ringback message? I would like people who call to hear the message instead of ringing.
No.
Ringback tones are not available anymore.
Even when they were available, custom ringback tones weren't possible.
Besides not everyone might appreciate hearing something other than the ringing while they are waiting for the person to answer the phone.
