Unblocking incoming "restricted" calls pixel2

I had previously blocked a "restricted" number after determining it was a SPAM call. It appears this actIon categorically blocks all future "restricted" calls. Now that business professionals are using the "restricted" ID to hide personal numbers, I would like to unblock them, but am unable to find a way. I downloaded Verizon's Call Filter, but the app indicates it's not compatible with the Pixel 2 when I try to install it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We want to make sure you know all your option and details regarding call blocking. Let's get this resolved together. To clarify, how did you block that "restricted number" before? What steps did you follow?

Open the phone app > tap three dot menu in top right > tap Settings > Blocked Numbers > and you should be able to remove the specific number you blocked. Hope that's what you were looking for.
