Unknown Number gets directed to voicemail

All unknown numbers calling me gets sent to voicemail. 

I have a pixel 2 and i do not have any fancy setting like "Filter Spam Calls" set or blocking any numbers. I'm positive that my phone is not set to DND either.

The Google phone itself might be sending the calls to voicemail if the built-in spam filter is determining the calls might be spam.

You also might want to check the Blocked Numbers settings. There is an option to block all unknown numbers from ringing the phone.

Let's dig a little deeper. Are you referring to restricted calls or calls not stored in your contacts? Please clarify? AyaniB_VZW
