I just bought a new Google Pixel 4 XL on the rakuten site and it appears that this phone is blocked with the operator VERIZON.
So I can't use it.
Of course I did not know that this phone was blocked at the time of purchase.
How can I unlock it to be able to use it on a French GSM network?
