This is an ongoing issue that people in my neighborhood complain about all the time and many have dropped Verizon because of it. In Broomfield/Westminster Colorado near 136th Avenue and Zuni St there is no service for approximately a 2-mile radius. This is VERY frustrating, your map says there is coverage and there is not.
CKELLEY2, you deserve the very best in coverage and we want to ensure that we are getting to the bottom of this. You indicated that this has been an ongoing issue, which services are affected in this location? Does this happen indoors or out? When did this initially begin?
