My wife and I just got new Pixel 7 phones yesterday and discovered that we can't send pictures via text. Her daughter tried sending her something and it did not go thru, so she called and that's when we discovered the problem When I tried sending a picture, I get the message " picture not sent, invalid recipient address ". Sorry to hear that. Which SMS texting app are you using, Verizon Message+ or Google Messages? Try switching from the one you are using to the other app, it's pretty easy to switch between texting apps, and see if the same problem continues. You need to see if the problem is with a specific app, or something wrong with your phone itself or your Verizon account settings.
