A few days ago, I was unable to text one of my contacts. I can receive her texts, but she can't receive any of mine. I have deleted her from my contacts, added her back in, and still doesn't work. I receive the same error message "couldn't send message".
CE87, we are sorry to hear that you are having trouble sending texts to one of your conatcts. Allow us the opportunity to further investigate. What is the Make/Modle of your devcie? Which text message application are you using? Also, are you able to send/receive phone calls form this individual?
