This month by boyfriend and i have ran out of data twice, and don't understand why because we are both in our house and are on wifi? what is running that is taking up our data?
Your WiFi is either jacked up or the phone is defective.
Could also be you turned wifi off accidentally.
Or they haven't manually turned off the cellular data connection on the phone and the Wi-Fi is slow enough for the phone to switch back to cellular data.
