Why does the VZ Media folder not display when I try to transfer photos from the PIXEL 3 cell to my PC?
Thanks for reaching out, Teejayell. I want to make sure that you can back up your device to the PC without any issues. Have you been able to see the VZ Media folder in the past?

Thanks for reaching out, Kevin. I have never owned a Google Pixel cell before but for the prior cells I have owned (all were LG), the VZ Media folder appeared along with all other folders when I attempted a transfer to the PC. So I had no issues accessing it and the images/files stored within it.
