Question

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Aya from their 2 phone support that I spoke to earlier today.  She was the epitome of excellence in customer service and professionalism.  She was kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me.  She helped to solve and issue after I purchased a new phone and couldn't get the new phone activated.  She took the time to explain what the problem was, how to fix the issue, and then called me back to make sure the problem was resolved.  I can't thank her enough and hope that she gets the recognition she deserves.  Thank you Aya.
