My Google 6 pro has started dropping calls when switching from Verizon to WiFi. The call drops and my phone says to try the call again using WiFi. My phone used to jump back and forth seamlessly and I could walk throughout my entire work building on a single call. Now, it drops multiple calls daily and I can barely make it out of my office. I've checked every setting I can think of. Can someone help?

Oh, no! Dealing with service issues can be frustrating, especially if you are dropping calls. Verizon is here to help.
When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem? Aside from the dropped calls, any other dilemma?

Thank you very much for the information. Do you currently have Wi-Fi Calling enabled in your Pixel? If so, can you try disabling it and seeing if the calls still drop when you go into a place with Wi-Fi?
