Free Phone no trade deal

I get this deal for a Pixel 9 Pro XL for free, no trade, any plan. But it's only for 2 lines that I haven't had a phone payment on, I paid off my phone last night, hoping to get the deal on my line. But its not showing up. Does anyone know if it will? I really don't want to trade my old phone in and switch plans. And I don't want to use the upgrade on the other line.

That link goes to a 404 page. I do have the offer link at the top of my pay, but none for the line I just paid off

I see, I would recommend now that the line is paid off giving it a bit to see if any new promos pop up available for that line. If you have quesitons or want to move forward w a promotion on another line we certainly are happy to help.

From what I can see about this deal on the website, the fine print says it must be a new line of service, and must be signed up for either Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate.  Which means it wouldn't work for an existing line, even if you already have said line on one of those service plans?

 its this deal, and it is available on 2 of my lines, just not the one I want to upgrade.

I can't see your picture right now because it's pending approval before it will be posted, but if it is not showing up for the line you want to upgrade, then that line is not eligible for some reason.  I've also read a number of posts from others which make me think the bot which sends out ads isn't very specific at all...in other words, people can get ads which they don't actually qualify for, so tread carefully or you may find yourself suddenly having to pay for a new phone because some promo fails to work.

Hello Almatic. Promotions are not transferrable. Keep in mind you can upgrade the line that is eligible and you can transfer the device to the line you want.
