I tried to call customer service to program my esim. It is 11:18 am EST on a Saturday morning. The system keeps saying normal business hours are 8am to 6pm mountain time and I need to call back during that time. It should have opened over an hour ago. Why is no one answering the call? Not even a queue to wait, just hang up on me. What's wrong with the customer service?
Which number are you calling, there are many? Do you have a computer you can log into > log into your Verizon account and use the Live Chat feature? I have always had good luck with live chat vs telephone.
