New to pixel and hate it

New to pixel. I cannot figure out a way to sort it, I have learning disabilities and can't figure out how to sort the app page. I use at least 100 apps. I usually sort the apps on the app drawer page. I can't keep switching from home screen to app drawer, I get duplicates up on duplicates because I can't remember my place switching screens. Please help me like this phone?
