Hello, I bought a used Google pixel 4. I'm in Europe and live there. I bought it there. It turned out that it's blocked on Verizon. Is there a way to unlink it from the carrier? I've heard about the 60-day period, but when I inserted my carrier's SIM card, it initially recognized it but then reported that it wasn't supported. I don't have the option to travel to the United States.

Hi, sorry to hear your Pixel 4 is locked. This is an older model Pixel, and may predate the current Verizon unlocking policy of "use for 60 days on Verizon". In any case, your best bet is to get a refund from the seller, as this is a very common problem with phones purchased second-hand from small 3rd party vendors.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
