Pixel 4a eSim support?

Does Verizon support eSim for Pixel 4a Pre-paid?

The Verizon page "eSIM Activation Instructions" does NOT show the 4a as being supported, but it is listed as supported in two other Verizon pages (under eSim FAQs).

Which is correct?

My wife has an unlocked Pixel 4a, and wants to transfer to it from her existing pre-paid plan.  Can we do it as an eSim or do we need a physical SIM?

For prepaid service you will need to us a physical SIM Card. They are available from our stores and customer service can mail a new one to your home address.
