Recently my Pixel 6pro has been acting up. When i make or receive a call people can only hear every 3rd or 5th word. After 30-40 seconds the microphone starts working normally.
Tried a microphone and factory reset. I even had the device replaced. The issue is still happening.
Is anyone else experiencing this microphone issue?

Tried and safe mode. The only difference was it took 25 seconds for them to hear me instead of 40

Is your signal strength poor? If it is at -115 dBm or worse, calls are going to get dropped or cut in and out where others can't hear you. At -120 dBm you're in a dead zone.

My signal strength is great. I have an amplifier at home so full bars all the time.

Thanks for trying Safe mode. We appreciate it. Did this start after a case was installed? Can they hear you with the case off? Is the device damaged?-Joe

Hi Joe- Audio issues happen when the case is off. it happens when the case is on. It happens with the Wi-fi on or off.
It happens on speaker, it happens on phone, it happens on Bluetooth, when I'm all alone.
It' very frustrating because I use this phone for work.

I am having a very similar issue with my Moto G6 Android phone. It started several weeks ago, now when my wife or son call me, they cannot hear me. Everybody else in the world can hear me when they call. We are all on the same Verizon plan. I tried safe mode, without the cover on, speaker phone, wireless, cellular, etc. They don't have this problem with anybody else and I don't have this problem with anybody else. Just with my wife and son.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
