Pixel 6a and the Verizon Network do not function properly

10 year customer, better things to do with my time then leave posts on some board that no one will read and/or will be buried yet I will b/c of the level of frustration this service and phone has created. The Verizon Network and my Pixel 6a does not function properly or as advertised, there are known issues, there are reddit pages, there are community boards such as this one but not a one has a standard nor sane solution.  This has caused, (among other things) overpayments of bills, missed payments, missed emails, emails not sent, inability to communicate with work/family, and is generally a royal pain in the biscuit. The phone is essentially useless without WiFi, as the mobile service provides zero data.

This has been going on for over two years, I only decided to write a complaint after yet again another instance of the service dropping while processing a payment which led to several more attempts which, unknown to me and due to the lack of network connectivity led to the payment being processed four times without notification or acknowledgment . 

The paradigm of the Pixel6a and the Verizon Network is dysfunctional. 100.

NTAre45HHH, we hear your frustration and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand the importance of having a fulling functioning device. You have shared with us that this has been ongoing for a while now. Can you share with us what troubleshooting steps we have completed with you since this began? Did any of those steps improve your device experience, even if for a short time. Do you experience any other issues outside of data?

I have tried some common troubleshooting techniques to no avail. I work in Boston and the LTE coverage does not work with my Pixel 6a. I used to think it was a coverage issue but after some research I have found the issue to be endemic to the specific device: it is well documented as unresolved and quite frankly I just need a phone that works properly.
My only resolution is either a new phone/or new carrier. 
The situation as it stands is untenable, if you have any other ideas you can link them here and I will give them an earnest try but I have little time for this nonsense, its 2024 the phone should connect to a Network without the rigamorol.
