A few years ago I bought a Pixel 3a through Google, a few years after that i upgraded and bought a Pixel 7 through google as well. I have had the Pixel 7 now for over a year. They were both purchased as unlocked and not branded by any phone carrier
Until recently i was under the impression that these phones were still unlocked. I only found out when I had a friend, who was fleeing a domestic abuse situation that we found out in the most irritating way.
My phones should not have even been locked, they were not bought through verizon and it has been WAY longer than 60 days.
I need my phones unlocked.

i have been sent to the unlock policy and i do not need to be sent it again because, as i'll state again, i did not buy my phones through verizon.
i bought my phones through Google as unlocked devices and they are no longer unlocked.
I do not have facebook or twitter to DM you.
I need to get my phones unlocked as they should still be when i first bought them.
