Verizon replaced the sim card & checked the phone and said I don't have any issues. My Pixel 8 can send messages but I cannot receive any messages. I have done everything suggested via internet/google. Suggestions
I have an Android phone and was having the same issue. I could not receive SMS or MMS message, RCS messages worked just fine. Verizon is having issues with SMS and MMS messages. I was able to getting SMS/MMS messages again by disconnecting and reconnecting my phone from the Verizon network until it worked. You can try turning airplane mode on and off until you get your missing messages. It took about 20 tries before it worked.
