Pixel 8a unlock

Hello! I recently purchased a Google Pixel 8a that is locked to Verizon. I bought it used, on the second-hand market, and I am located in Ukraine.

I was hoping you could help me unlock the device, as I’m not a Verizon customer and cannot use it with local carriers here.

Could you please let me know if it's possible to unlock the phone, and what steps I need to follow? Thank you very much in advance!

Verizon is not able to process a SIM unlock if the phone was purchased from a third party. Your best course of action is to contact the seller of that phone and work with them to unlock the device. You need to get a refund from the seller. The phone cannot be unlocked. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem with second-hand phones purchased from unknown 3rd party vendors.
