Bought the phone from Verizon had problems with phone from start. Third attempt w customer service with the same results which is nothing has been fixed. You get on customer service via text and they take at least 5 minutes between each response. That's not customer service. Eye call. Customer service line and after waiting and then being told they're running a tech service check on my phone. Everything's okay. Nothing is fixed.
Another thing is how the heck is anybody supposed to make any sense out of the bills that they send you? Are you kidding me? It's like a kindergartner did the layout for their bills. They want to make sure they show you what how to be confused. Come on Verizon. Surely you can do better
